Mason County Public Health comments:
jdNENK Proposal is exempt from water adequacy review as the connection is existing to
Hoodsport PUDI and there is no proposed increase in water usage.
Water connection is existing,no proposed changes or increase to water usage.
iftVWxisting onsite septic system from 1993 is sized for 30 employees and 70 visitors.
Usage was stated by the applicant to stay within this capacity. Reserve was designated on the
1993 plan.The holding tank permit S WG2017-00360 was never closed out because the county
never received the asbuilt. Please work with a septic designer to submit an asbuilt for this
holding tank so the permit can be closed. Satisfactory O&M was completed 11/3/23 and is valid
for one year per EH building permit requirements.
No change to septic usage,will provide an as-built from septic designer, deferred
submittal. We have previously submitted a letter from B-Line stating that the system is
operational
Mason County Flood Prevention Ordinance comments/requirements:
•Flood Development Permit Application
Provided,see Enclosed Revised Submittal. Application was revised due to the addition
of the required 2-hr fire wall.
•An appraisal from a Washington State Licensed Appraiser for the structure only.This
can also be the value of the structure from the Mason County Assessor. Must provide a Parcel
Detail Report from the Assessor.

•A contractors bid from the scope of work.Bid must include contractor's license number and
site address.
