Dear MR. QUILES,
It appears that a new structure is being built at the above
location. Our records shows that a permit was not issued for a
structure at this location. Per the U.B.C. section 106 . 1 :
NO BUILDING OR STRUCTURE REGULATED BY THIS CODE SHALL BE
ERECTED, CONSTRUCTED, ENLARGED, ALTERED, REPAIRED, MOVED,
IMPROVED, REMOVED, CONVERTED OR DEMOLISHED UNLESS A SEPARATE
PERMIT FOR EACH BUILDING OR STRUCTURE HAS FIRST BEEN
OBTAINED FROM THE BUILDING DEPARTMENT.
If a structure is being built, it must be free standing and
can not be attached to a manufactured home unless you obtain
approval from L&I .
To bring your site into compliance, please take the necessary
steps to correct this violation with in 15 days from the receipt of
this letter.
1 . Apply for an after the fact permit or remove.

violation, our authority to require compliance, or to notify me of
your intent to comply as required, please feel free to contact me
