Re Notice of Permit Cancellation;
Permit #BUD 95 0700
In September 1995 I went to the Sub Office in Belfair,with the
understanding that I would recieve answers to any questions I
might have as to what was needed to file for a permit to go ahead
with the Fisheries and Shorelines Depts approved plan to build a
wall to stop the Union River from taking my driveway and front
yard,also endangering my well and septic,at the same time to not
damage the streams fish spawning area.
The Fisheries and Shorelines Dept. s had been contacted and had
approved the plan to use stumps logs and rock to make a natural
wall . It would match a wall that had been built by the State Thirty
Years ago.
At the Office in Belfair I was given a form to fill out,no answers
I ,m told your office would contact me,Which you did by mail with a
Ph. # which if you,re lucky you get to talk to a person.
By this time it is to late to do anything as the salmon are coming
upstream, since you had ignored the Dept. s who had taken the time to
check out the problem I felt it was useless to try since I do not
have the funds to do it your way,nor do` I want it that way.
