informed of the requirement for an after the fact building permit
due to the illegal construction of the residential addition and
responded to notice but failed to comply with Mason County
Environmental Health regulations during the permit processing.
The structure was constructed in violation of Mason County
Ordinance and Uniform Building Code regulations and has not been
inspected, approved or permitted.
