By request of the owner of the above address, a surface
inspection was conducted on April 3, 1980.
The following items are found to not be in compliance
with the National Electric Code:
Garage Area:
a. Some wires hanging and cut off.
b. Open splices.
C. Sub Panel not wired as Sub Panel.
d. Need nail-plates in some areas.
e. Open knock outs in Sub Panel.
Kitchen Area:
a. Grounding type receptacles installed on non-grounded
circuits.
b. Open splices in wall.-
C. Romex not secured per NEC.
d. Service Panel has been overheated.
e. Some fixtures show signs of excessive heat
(Dining and living room)
Utility Room:
a. Dryer outlet consists of a* surface mount type recessed
into wall with no cover, and exposed connections.

Bedrooms:
a. Splice in closet wall, recessed, no cover, open
knock outs.
b. Romex run exposed to fixtures.
A complete inspection is not possible without removal
of wall and ceiling finish.
Due to the above discrepancies, the residence is deemed
hazardous.
