Pledge of Allegiance— Diane Zoren led the flag salute. 3. Roll Co|| — Present: Commissioner District 1 - Randy Neather|in; Commissioner District 3—Tim Sheldon; Commissioner District 3 —Terri Jeffreys was absent. 4. CUrreapondence and Organizational Business 4.1 Correspondence 4.1.1 The Veteran's Advisory Board sent letter to support starting a Veteran's Court, 4.1.2 Dept of Transportation sent 60 day notice of disposition ofproperty. 4.1.3 Dept of the Navy sent notice that they have created a draft environmental impact statement un Naval Base KitsapBangor. 4.1.4 Liquor Control Board sent a liquor license application for Tres Agave. 4.2 Vicki Kirkpatrick read the News Release seeking members for Mental Health and Substance Abuse Advisory Committee. 4.3 ChairNeather|in ready the News Release seeking members for the Hood Canal Coordinating Counsel Advisory Group. 5, Open Forum for Citizen lnput— There was no citizen input. 6. Adoption of Agenda - Cmnmmr. Sheldon/Neather|inmoved and seconded to adopt the agenda as published. Motion carried unanimously. N-aye; S-aye;J-absent. 7. Approval of Minutes — Approval of the February 3, 2015 briefing minutes and February 10, 2015 regular meeting minutes. Cmmmmr.
