Dear Fire Marshal:
Please be advised that the fire system account listed above,located at 1080 NE Old
Belfair Hwy Belfair, WA 98528 is reporting a timer test with trouble, indicating the
fire system is not in a normal status. This is an update on this acct, We are still
getting trouble signals on this panel with no response.
We have made numerous attempts to rectify the problem with this account but
have come up against the following:
❑ Out of business / Moved
® Refused service
❑ Went with another company
❑ No response to calls, messages, letters
❑ Non payment
