Provide a NFPA 72 automatic fire system, installed to Mason County Standards and monitored by an approved UL central receiving station. Both the fire alarm and sprinkler system will be monitored through the fire alarm panel. Standards for installation will be sent under separate cover. DETAILS OF THE FIRE ALARM SYSTEM: 1. Smoke detectors throughout occupied areas. Manual pull stations at all exit doors. Audibility throughout. System must meet ADA requirements. 2 . Fire alarm panel to monitor all functions of fire alarm system and sprinkler system, including: * Water flow * Tamper switches on PIV and riser valves. * All zones and functions are to be transmitted to the central receiving station. * Provide a loll bell and exterior strobe on that portion of the building facing the access road to the site.
