Dear Ms Buie,
This letter isin_follow up-to our recent telephone_conversation_about-the possibility of
subdividing tax parcel 12320-13-02050. The property is zone Rural Residential 20 which
means that it could only be subdivided into two parcels if the original tract was at least 40
acres in size. According to the Mason County Assessor's Office, the parcel in question is
only 3.5 acres in size. This means that this property is not subdividable. I hope that this
letter is useful.
