Dear Applicant:
You have submitted a permit application (case no. MEP2009-00061) for proposed construction or
development in the county. Upon review of your application, I have determined that the contents
of the application are incomplete or do not provide enough detail for review.
Therefore, review of your application will not proceed until the necessary information is provided
(see the comment section of this letter for details.) Once the information is submitted and the
application is complete, I will continue to process your application accordingly. If the additional
information is not provided to the County within 180 days of this request, the application shall
expire and no further action on the proposed development shall take place.

Comments:
Per our conversation on 8/4/09, the following two options were given to gain compliance regarding
ENF2009-00034:
-SEPA- $945.00
Shoreline Exemption - $510.00
Hydraulic Project Approval (JARPA)
Mason Environmental Permit- $630.00
Habitat Management Plan prepared by a biologist - $445.00
Bank Stabilization Plan certified and designed by a licensed engineer. Will need to demonstrate
that there is no increase in flood hazard to other properties.
OR
Mason Environmental Permit (after-the-fact) - $1890.00
Habitat Management Plan prepared by a biologist - $445.00
Planning Violation fee - $255.00
-If MEP & HMP turned in together, MEP (after-the-fact) - $1140.00
To date, you have submitted both the MEP & HMP, and have paid $1075.00. The outstanding
balance of $765.00 will need to be paid before the permit can be issued.
