According to county files the above parcel number has a land use tag of
Greenhouse/Horticulture. This use must have predated current zoning regulations and is
allowed under current zoning codes as a legal non-conforming use. Any change in use,
business expansion, or scope of work related to the current land use would require
possible permit review through the Planning Department/Mason County. As it stands
now no permits are needed, so therefor the use is allowed under current zoning
regulations if ownership changes hands.
