That portion of the Southwest quarter of the Southeast quarter of Section
20, Township 23 North, Range 1 West, W.M. , in Mason County, Washington,
described as follows:
Beginning at the South quarter corner of said Section 20; thence
S 88°40'07" E along the South line of said Section 20 a distance of
1327.67 feet to the Southeast corner of the Southwest quarter of the
Southeast quarter of said Section 20; thence N 0°46'49" E along the
East line of said Southwest quarter of the Southeast quarter a distance
of 490.98 feet to the Northeast corner of the South 15 acres of said
Southwest quarter of the Southeast quarter; thence N 88°40'07" W along
the North line of said South 15 acres a distance of 39.24 feet to the
West right-of-way margin of Old Belfair Highway designated as Point "A"
for reference hereinafter; thence N 88°40'07" tJ along the North line
of said South 15 acres a distance of 430.00 feet; thence N 1019' 53" E
151 .28 feet to the TRUE POINT OF BEGINNING; thence S 1°19' 53" W 151 .28
feet; thence N 88040'07" W along the North line of said South 15 acres
a distance of 290.86 feet; thence N 1016' 53" E 151 .03 feet; thence
S 88043'07" E 290.99 feet to the true point of beginning;
TOGETHERWITH a non-exclusive easement-for ingress, egress and utilities
purposes over and under a strip of land 40 feet in width lying 20 feet on
each side of the following described centerline:
Beginning at Point "A" hereinabiove defined; thence N 2°23' 50" E along
the West right-of-way margin of Old Belfair Highway a distance of 171 .69
feet to the TRUE POINT OF BEGINNING of said centerline; thence
N 88043'07" W 724.20 feet to the beginning of a curve to the left having
a radius of 195.57 feet; thence 83. 21 feet along the arc of said curve
through a central angle of 24°22' 39" to a point of reverse curvature
with a curve to the right having a radius of 79.58 feet; thence 100.47
feet along the arc of said curve through a central angle of 72020' 10";
thence N 40°45'36" W 80.00 feet to the terminus of said centerline.
The North and South lines of said strip of land shall be lengthened or
shortened as the case may require to intersect the West right-of-way
margin of Old Belfair Highway.
