It is the homeowners responsibility to have a contract with a certified O & M specialist. 9. All materials and workmanship must meet County and State regulations. 10. Deviation from this design without prior written approval from the designer and Mason County health dept. will make this design null and void. 11. The prepared plot plan is not a survey, it is the owner's responsibility to verify property line locations prior to installation. Any discrepancies must be reported to the designer immediately.
