Application for water adequacy completed and signed by the water system manager.

Comments: We will need an approved Group A Water System. We will need a letter from
you stating that the septic tank will be pumped as needed. We will do a site
visit to inspect the floats and alarm at time of occupancy. Please contact Cody
Lund at 360-427-9670 ext 361 for information concerning a food permit.
