Dear Mr. And Mrs. Shearer,
A complaint was filed with our office in May of 2002,regarding the
encroachment of a propane tank over a property line at 70 NE Katchemak Ln., Belfair. A
survey noting the encroachment was submitted as an attachment with the complaint.
In reviewing our file records from your residence permit issued on August 3,
1994, it appears that the tank installation and placement was not included. I have
enclosed a copy of the permit application indicating mechanical fixtures in addition to the
plot plan submitted for the purpose of obtaining the permit.
At this time, I am requesting that you obtain a permit for the propane tank
placement and relocate it to meet the standards and required setbacks as attached within
30 days of receipt date of this notice and request for the required inspections.
In the event that you feel you have received this notice in error or that the contents
are inaccurate,please contact me immediately at(360)427-9670 Ext 356 to discuss your
concerns. If I do not hear from you, I will anticipate the issuance of the propane tank
