DEVELOPMENT REGULATIONS/ZONING The zoning designation for the site is Belfair Urban Growth Area-Business Industrial (BI). The proposed regional stormwater pond is considered a utility, which is allowed in any zoning. There are no bulk/dimensional standards or setbacks for this proposal. SEPA Grading over 500cy will require SEPA review. STORMWATER PLAN The minimum requirements of the 2005 Edition of Ecology's Stormwater Management Manua/for Western Washington are adopted by reference for the Belfair urban growth area (UGA) pursuant to Storm and Surface Water Utility, Chapter 14.46. The prepared stormwater plan shall supplement the SEPA checklist as environmental documentation. CRITICAL AREAS • No apparent critical areas exist on this property. Representatives for the Fire Marshal's Office, Building Department, Environmental Health, Planning-, and Public Works Departments may attend the meeting to discuss rules and regulations applicable to the proposed project. Topics covered during the meeting will include the comprehensive plan, shoreline program, zoning, availability of sewer and potable water, development concepts, building construction, fire protection and life safety concerns of the proposed project.The pre-submission conference will be most informative when you provide accurate and detailed information on the Pre-Application Conference Application Form and the site plan.Applications will be accepted when all information is received and deemed complete. Pre-Application Conferences are held every Wednesday and last one hour.
