The Commission meets on Monday, August 20th, at 7 :00 p.m. Your project will be on the agenda for that evening. FROM: Don Fawver, Assistant Director RE: Building permit for Pacific Mobile Leasing On June 11, 1984, the applicant made application for a building permit to place a modular fourplex on Lot 2 of Belfair Barn Subdivision, approximately 3/4 mile north of Belfair, on the Old Belfair Highway. The permit did not get out of the Environmental Health Section until July 21. At that time the Planning Section determined that the project needed Planning Commission review. The Planning Commission meeting of July 16, was past, the next meeting being August 20. It is the opinion of staff that , in designating the area for multi-family, the Planning Commission intended a higher density for this area. The lot is 25,000 square feet, has an approved water system and sewage system approved for eight bedrooms.
