The permit was approved for issue on March 31, 2009. The building permit was submitted because the structure was built without an approved building permit and deemed to be a violation of Mason County Code, Chapter 14. Our office had started enforcement activities because of the code violation. Mason County Code, Section 14.08.040 and Section R105.5 of the 2009 International Residential Code specifies that permits expire when no activity takes place within 180 days. The 180 day time period has been exceeded. Please complete the form below and return to our office within 21-days. Please indicate-your intent for the above reference permit.
