I Earl Hinde, Owner of the Golden Bell Mobile Home Park
and William Black, have agreed to a rental agreement pertaining
to Space #35, an existing Space of the Golden Bell Mobile Home
Park. This agreement is in effect as of March 7, 1991 and to be
in effect upon issue of a Building Permit enabling the Black ' s
to place a 12 'X60 Mobile Home on Space #35 .
