The culvert shall be of sufficient size to pass the fifty-year flood event. 20. The culvert shall'be installed at 0.0% to 0.5%gradient,with the bottom of the culvert countersunk below the stream bed. The culvert shall be countersunk a minimum of 20% of the pipe diameter at the inlet and outlet. 21. The culvert length shall not exceed 18 feet. All other provisions of the original approval and amendments shall remain as written, and this letter shall be attached and on the job site at all times.
