1.) 1. A fire department connection is required in a landscaped area immediately to the east of the building section that houses the storage space and main
office. The location is noted on the attached copy of the site plan. Please provide a plan amendment for this installation. Arrangements should also be
made with Mason County FD 2 for a flush test of the FDC line.
This area is the point at which the future public water supply connection will come to the building, including a fire hydrant. A PIV will also be required at
this location, but that installation can be deferred until the water line and fire hydrant are installed.
2. i spec tor' st va is required. There appears to be a closet at match line 2 on the first floor plan that may be an appropriate location.
