in hand paid, conveys and warrants to CHARLES M. PHELPS and TREVA L. PHELPS, his wife

Beginning at the southeast corner of said Section 9; running thence along
the east line of said section N 00 42 ' 03" W 1732.47 - feet; thence
N 790 03 ' 18" W 450. 51 feet to a point on the center line of the Union , _
River and the initial point of this description; thence N 790 03' 18"
W 243 feet to the easterly line of county road known as Old Navy' Yard
Highway; thence southerly along said easterly line of road 163. 54 feet
to its intersection with the northeasterly line of county road known
as Miller Road: thence southerly and easterly along said northeasterly
line of road to said center line of Union River; thence northerly along
said center line to the initial point.
