Dear Mr. Harris,
A shoreline pre-inspection was conducted on April 5, 1990 to
determine the setback for your proposed residence on Tract 22,
Block A of Panther Lake. The setback proposed at 20' from the
ordinary high water mark of the lake is approved for construction
of any structure over 30" in height. This setback was originally
approved by Patti Miller-Crowley, the former Shoreline Planner in
1988. At that time in 1986 when your shoreline permit was submitted
for an accessory living quarter Patti approved the site plan which
included setbacks for both the accessory living quarter and future
residence. Therefore, the enclosed site plan showing a 20' setback
from the lake is approved. If you have any further questions,
