Site Plan Approved per dimensions of structures and setbacks on submitted site plan; the January 2013 ACERA plan has the configuration of view corridor, 8 ' by 8 ' shed, and native planting areas that are subject to this review. X Resource Ordinance The applicant acknowledges that the project will be completed as proposed, so that the project will be consistent with all applicable standards of the Mason County Resource Ordinance. Future work within the vegetation buffer and shoreline critical area will be reviewed by the Dept. of Community Development prior to starting such work X Shoreline Management Act The proposed project must be consistent with all applicable policies and other provisions of the Shoreline Management Act, its rules, and the Mason County Shoreline Master Program. X Construction Debris Removal All construction and demolition debris must be removed from the shore area after project completion. Proper disposal of construction debris must be on land in such a manner that debris cannot enter or cause water quality degradation of State waters. X Surface Water Control All surface water and potential runoff from the proposed development will be controlled on site and shall not adversely affect any adjacent properties, cause sediment deposits, nor increase the velocity flow entering or abutting to any state or county culvert or ditch system or road way. X Native Plant Monitoring Monitoring of the native plant vegetation, as stated in the Jan. 2013 ACERA habitat management plan will be performed annually for three years following installation. Monitoring will entail inspection of each planted species for survival and vigor, and replacement of species that have not survived. A report of findings of the annual site monitoring will be submitted to the Dept. of Community Development staff.
