We observed that the tie-downs are frame anchor straps located alone both sides and center of the home foundation frame. These are anchored to the concrete runners, and are equivalent or better with relation to current-day manufacture home anchoring systems. We conclude that the existing_anchoring is acceptable for resisting.uplift and lateral forces due to seismic and wind loads. Furthermore, the foundation meets HUD guidelines for manufactured housing dated Sept 1996(HUD Handbook 7584). t ,' t Ad.Lr+. a r .ir N r 4i' .74 DG 8oX C)24 Yel=ir• t:,sP;iwoltOcn.9Q52 -375-C)3 7-4 ev•,.ivet<_ci::?'.e,K cr rLcaiiw f c.ccw. As of our site visit, additions and/or modifications such as the 2 decks are free standing, and do not affect the structural integrity of the manufactured home. The tow hitch was removed, and there were no indications that the home was on any other site such as damage or broken marriage line seal. Thank you for the opportunity to work on this project.
