State of Washington, whereby the grantor excepts and reserves all
oils , gases , coal, ores , minerals , fossils , etc . , and the right of
entry for opening, developing and working mines , etc . , provided that
no rights shall be exercised until provision has been made for full
payment of all damages sustained by reason of such entry; recorded
under Recording Nos . 65942 and 65943 in Volume S5 of Deeds , page 255 .
SUBJECT TO right to the waters of an unnamed stream not to exceed 0 . 01
cubic foot per second as contained under State Certificate issued to
Jesse A. Thweatt on September 12 , 1947 , recorded September 13 , 1947 ,
under Recording No. 121353 in Volume 110 of Deeds , page 602 .
This deed is made, delivered and accepted in full and complete
satisfaction of th�j terms and conditions of a real estate contract

above described real estate, and the warranties of this deed do not
