BEGINNING at a point on the West line of said Northwest quarter of Northwest quarter
628.03 feet North of its Southwest corner; running thence North along said West line
208.97 feet to the Southwest corner of tract described in contract to John Dyerly and wife
dated June 15, 1967 and recorded under File No. 227137; thence South 47*15, East 688.36
feet more or less to the Westerly line of county road known as O1doBelfair Highway;
thence
Southwesterlyalongsaid Westerly line of road to a point South 4534, East of the POINT
OF BEGINNING of this description; thence North 45034, West 540.28 feet more or less to
said POINT OF BEGINNING.
EXCEPT Old Belfair Highway.
