Dear Ron,
Attached is the budget for the Hoodsport Ave Hardware project. Per drawings dated March 15,
2024,the budget does not include any of the Ace fixtures or signage. My budget came in at
$194,600 plus sales tax.
As discussed, a replacement value of building would be approx. +/- $2,250,000.00.
