quarter; thence South 890 14' East along said South line 232.65 feet to the
Northwest corner of tract conveyed to Jesse A. Thweatt and wife by dead dated
August 8, 1945 and recorded in Volume 96 of Deeds, page 514; thence along the
boundary of said Thweatt tract South 65° 10' fast 86.7 feet, South 530 27' East
160.8 feet and South 470 15' East 239.1 feet to the POINT OF BEGINNING.
