Property is level in the west half of this lot. Slope mostly 10 to 12% near the wetland area in the east half of the lot. Adequate area for development in the west half and to provide greater than 100 ft setback from wetland. Well could be on slope less than 10% but should be more than 50 feet from the wetland (the proper buffer distance from wetland edge) .
