Site Plan Approved per dimensions of structures and setbacks on submitted site plan; the May 5, 2014 plan has the configuration of bulkhead, paths, two sets of steps, staircase, and areas of soil / root/tree removal that are subject to this review. X Resource Ordinance The applicant acknowledges that the project will be completed as proposed, so that the project will be consistent with all applicable standards of the Mason County Resource Ordinance. Future work within the vegetation buffer and shoreline critical area will be reviewed by the Dept. of Community Development prior to starting such work X Shoreline Management Act The proposed project must be consistent with all applicable policies and other provisions of the Shoreline Management Act, its rules, and the Mason County Shoreline Master Program. X WDFW Hydraulic Project Approval A Hydraulic Project Approval from the Washington State Department of Fish Wildlife must be granted prior to construction. X U.S. Army Corps of Engineers Review Section 10 (Rivers and Harbor Act) or Section 301/404 (Clean Water Act) compliance must be demonstrated through permit or authorized exemption by the Army Corps of Engineers prior to work within navigable waters or wetlands under Corps jurisdiction. X 2.) Construction Debris Removal All construction and demolition debris must be removed from the shore area after project completion. Proper disposal of construction debris must be on land in such a manner that debris cannot enter or cause water quality degradation of State waters. X Surface Water Control All surface water and potential runoff from the proposed development will be controlled on site and shall not adversely affect any adjacent properties, cause sediment deposits, nor increase the velocity flow entering or abutting to any state or county culvert or ditch system or road way. X Concrete Leachate Concrete leachate and wash water must be contained during construction pouring, such that water quality degradation of adjacent waters does not occur. X Work must be done in the dry time periods or low tide to help prevent disturbance of unstable soil layers and uncontrollable mass wasting in work area. X 3.) The approval of this project is subject to the recommendations and specifications outlined in the attached geotechnical report or assessment. All applicable recommendations and specifications shall be applied to the development on this site. Any deviation requires stamped written approval from the registered design professional responsible for the report/assessment, and may require special inspection by same. Structures and /or land modifications (grading, cuts, fills, etc.) required in the geotechnical report/assessment, may require a separate permit. The geotechnical report/assessment shall remain attached to the approved building plans.
