HIGHWAY, CONNECT TO BURIED 280-FOOT LONG HIGH-CAPACITY PLASTIC CULVERT,
THAT OUTLETS TO UNION RIVER ALONG AN EXISTING DRAINAGE DITCH ALIGNMENT]
PLACE TIDEGATE AT OUTFALL END OF PIPE TO CONTROL BACKFLOW INTO CULVERT AND
AID IN ENERGY DISSIPATION OF CULVERT FLOW ON RIVER BANK.

decision was made after review of a completed Environmental Checklist and
other information on file with the Lead Agency. This information is
available to the public upon request. MITIGATION MEASURES ARE
