Re: Controlling water run off .
Dear Seamans .
Do to the resent heavy rains, water run off from your property at
N.E. 2700 Old Belf_air Highway has impacted the property of your
neighbor (s) . It is your responsible to protect their property
from this run off of water and the damage it may cause. An
inspection was made of the site on December 20, 1994, Pictures taken
at this time show a blockage or restriction of the culvert at one
point, this has restricted the flow of water through the culvert or
ditch. The result of this blockage or restriction has cause the
water to change its flow and to over flow onto your neighbors
property.
It is necessary that you take immediate action to correct the
problems with the water run off from your property and the blockage
or restriction of the drainage culvert . This problem needs to be
cared for in a timely and immediate fashion.
