I see that it is stamped has having been reviewed by the Mason County Building Dept. as satisfactory for their purposes. But there are two additional things that the Planning Dept. needs to complete out review. One item from each of you. 1. There is a $300 review fee (payable to the Mason County Treasurer)that needs to be collected. This can be mailed to the Mason County Permit Assistance Center at 615 W Alder St, Shelton, WA 98584. Please printout this e-mail and include it with the check so that the PAC staff know what it is for. TPN 12328-50-00003. 2. 1 need Riley Group to send me a submittal checklist for this report. Here is a link to the submittal checklist: https://www.co.mason.wa.us/forms/Community Dev/geo-report-checklist.pdf Kristina, you can send this to me directly as a PDF. If you discover that a required element is not included in the original report, you can provide an addendum to address it. Thank you, Michael MacSems Subdivision, Forest Practices, Historic Preservation Mason County Permit Assistance Center and Building and Planning Departments are currently closed to the public.
