Approved per dimensions of structures and setbacks on submitted site plan; the May 21, 2012 plan has the configuration of new residence, demolished structures, buffer distances, and native planting areas. X 2.) The applicant acknowledges that the project will be completed as proposed, so that the project will be consistent with all applicable standards of the Mason County Resource Ordinance. 3.) All construction and demolition debris must be removed from the shore area after project completion. Proper disposal of construction debris must be on land in such a manner that debris cannot enter or cause water quality degradation of State waters. X 4.) Temporary erosion control measures must be implemented to prevent water quality degradation of adjacent waters or wetlands. Silt fencing must be installed and maintained until upland vegetation has become established. X 5.) All upland areas disturbed or newly created by construction activities shall be seeded, vegetated or given an equivalent type of erosion protection (silt fencing or straw matting). X 6.) The Wetland Corps prepared a wetland report(dated July 2011) that included delineation, buffer averaging, and native planting restoration. The Applicant shall have monitoring of the native plant vegetation performed annually for three years following installation. Monitoring will entail inspection of each planted species for survival and vigor, and replacement of species that have not survived.
