The underlying problem is that past and present storm and ground water is not accommodated by
the current ditches and culverts on 5ch street between E. McReavy Rd and E. Seattle St as well as
the total lack of ditches or culverts on Kuhn Ave. Current ditches and culverts need
maintenance. Additional ditches and culverts are needed.
Description of concern/violation: A rock and dirt berm has been built on Kuhn Ave just west
of Tacoma Ave. and a ditch dug, directing surface water towards utility Pole#000455. This
redirected water then flows north across Lot 53030 onto Lot 53004 through 53007. This large
volume of water has filled the water meter box, moved wood pavers located between the mobile
home and garage, is flowing in through the back door of the garage on Lot 53007, flooding the
garage, and is accumulating under the mobile home on Lot 53005, as well as compromising
retaining walls and drain fields
