Since we have moved in Unit r202 '-RO blevins rd.t,4. , we nave
brought to your attention verbally,asked many times about items
that were in nep:l )f repair and or replacement t,) be fixed,
And you have failed to repair them Dr replace theca.
:ere is the following list of items;
1 . .Fast leaking n..t water faucet in the b< t!zr.. _c► and tn.e h,.t water valve
turn oft unaer tre sink doesn't work.
2. Temperature of hot water is 180 degrees+.
3. Large burner �jnthe stave and broiler in the even don't function.
4. All windows are not sealed against the elements and they leak
water into the unit.
5. A carpet was promised to usn for the ba.-e floor in the living room.
6. :3athrcom heater does not function there fore the bathroom cannot
dry out and it is full of mold as the result, as you had rented
as the bathroom fu11 of mold in the begining.
7. ::ining room 1 kitchen heater doesn't work.
8. :3edr. , )m heater was full of plastic and toys which we cleaned gut
in the first day and the heater still makes the lf)ud clicking noise
as from day one. We don't dare leave it on when we are gone.
9. Kitchen light was missing in the begining. �e put in a temporary
light until you could put in a prgper :one.
10. 3ecause the heaters don't work we have a c:)ntinual mold problem
everywhere in tiie house.
11 . Bathruom floor has a rot spot in the floors that is unsafe and
someone is going to fall thru s:,meday.And it is in a main Foot
traffic area.
12. Broken mirror in the bathroom has yet to be replaced from day one.
13. 3athroom door broken by previous tenent has never been replaced.
14. Ask for paint to paint the bathro o that you saia you would get
and still no paint t - paint with.
15. Gutters on the outside were asKe t:1 be supplied as the existing ones
had no bottoms to them and are pouring a waterfall out the frnnt door
steps and creating a puddle me3s.
16. Bathtub drain step switch has yet t-:: be replaced as fr= day one
has been missing,
tie as the renters of unit:,202 fail to see the unit w�;rth 350.00 a month
when the unit is barely livable and you refuse t,, repair 'the unit up to par.
Ae have asked ,yuu every month to repair the unit as you said you would.
you tell us y-lo will but you never do. We have ask since ;arch 1996.
3ecause you have failed to do the rdpairs, our P.U.D. bill has been higher
then we should have to pay, and the inconvieces of the otter problems have
been tv much to put up with anymore. Jould you please come and repair the
pr:�blems, all of t'hex. Thank you.
