Dear Sir :
We are concerned about the dumping of truckloads of
dirt from city street projects into the vacant lots behind
our house. These lots are owned by Ken Olson . They are
located on Mountain View at Madison and G Streets--Tract 28-
B
There was a natural deep depression in these lots ,
which was the low spot in the area into which excess rain
water flowed . This depression has been filled , and dirt is
still being dumped on the lot. This is raising the level of
the land to a higher level than the alley and our lot . We
are concerned that our land is now the lowest , and the run-
off water will fill our yard and flood our basement .
Who is responsible for preventing water from flooding
our land?
We would like someone who has the authority to resolve
this problem to come look at the situation and tell us what
is going to be done to prevent flooding of our property .
