ROBERT N BURTIS ET AL TERRISTANLEY PO BOX 3423 BELFAIR WA 98528-3423 Notice The receipt of this notice shall constitute service regarding notification of violations of the Mason County Code, and shall also serve as Warning Notice pursuant to Mason County Code, Title 15, Section 15.13.035. The violation(s) are occurring at the following property: Enforcement Case No.: BCC2007-00181 Parcel No.: 322325202020 Site Address: 20 E PORT TOWNSEND ST UNION Staff investigated above site on August 16, 2007 and found deck 30" above grade built without the required county permits. As a result of that inspection, a Stop Work Notice was posted. According to the Mason County Assessor records, parties named above hold legal interest in the parcel and are therefore subject to enforcement action for failure to comply. The parties shall respond to the county within twenty days of the postmark, posting on site, or delivery of the notice. Records indicate that this enforcement issue has not been resolved and is outstanding at this time. Order YOU ARE HEREBY ORDERED to abate violations in the following manner: 1) Obtain all required After-the-Fact permits for illegally built deck prior to September 14, 2007, or remove said deck prior to September 14, 2007. A compliance inspection will also need to be performed after permit is issued or if structure is removed. Upon further review of your property, I have noted that the 1996 Liberty Oakhurst Mobile Home, permitted under BLD95-01265, has never had a final inspection. The last dated activity for this permit was October 30, 1995. This home has never been approved for final occupancy. 2) Schedule an inspection for BLD95-01265 prior to September 14, 2007. If you fail to contact this office in regards to BLD95-01265, additional enforcement will be pursued. Penalties This notice is to inform you that in the event that you fail to comply, we will pursue additional enforcement action against you, including but not limited to recording against the parcel, civil infractions, liens against the property through the Mason County Hearings Examiner process and/or criminal prosecution as allowed under Title 15.13 of the Mason County Code. Note that the removal, mutilation, destruction or concealment of any Notice posted on 8/16/2007 would be deemed a separate violation of Title 14.
