These two owners were present at the hearing. You also have the two other submitted
letters written by the Begerts and the Eldridges (exhibits 13 and 14) that include their
mailing addresses.
If Mr. Orser decides to drop the PRF request, he can request the withdrawal of request by
mail or email prior to the Hearing Examiner decision. The mooring buoy can be placed
following the reviews of the Corps, WDNR, and WDFW; the SEPA and Shoreline Exemption
reviews have been submitted and no Mason County building permit is needed.

letters in reference to the Orser PRF that was discussed at the hearing
yesterday.
Secondly, if Mr. Orser decides to drop his PRF application and just
proceed with a mooring buoy, can his case be rescinded and not denied?

Hello Allan,
This letter is our official request to change Mr. Peter Orser's pier, ramp
and float application to a reduced application of a mooring buoy.
After hearing about his neighbors aesthetic concerns, he has
determined that at this time, applying for a mooring buoy only would
be the best action. He will keep the option of applying for a pier, ramp
and float for a latter date, should the appropriate situation arise.
Please let me know that you have received this and what else we will
need to do to satisfy this change request.
