The property is located approximately% mile north of Victor on SR 302 in Belfair, WA and is under Mason County jurisdiction. The project is accessed directly off of SR-302E. No new road construction is necessary. The parcel is bordered to the north by a residential parcel and to the south and east by larger forested ownerships. The completed road accesses an elevated flat portion of the property outside the stream buffer. The wetland is associated with a type F-stream and meanders through a forested ravine within the central portion of the site. Soils are comprised of sand and gravel and are well draining. The project planned start date is to be determined and will take approximately 6 months to complete. Logging project on this parcel is complete and and has been replanted. Expected future single family residence. Element 1: F-Stream boundary areas have been marked by blue and white flagging. Construction area limits will be clearly marked and/or ribboned off. Any natural vegetation and native topsoil will be retained in an undisturbed state to the maximum extent possible. In addition to the already planted trees, native shrubs will be installed to provide a diverse, multi-layer vegetative community within the portion of the 150' stream buffer outside of the road location. Element 2: Construction access shall occur on existing pavement and access from SR-302E. Sediment control is unlikely however, shoveling or sweeping will be used if necessary. Element 3: Silt fencing and straw will be installed as necessary between the work area and the stream to prevent erosion and siltation of waters. Any equipment on site will be checked daily for leaks and refueling and/or lubrication of equipment will occur off site. Fuel, lubricants, chemicals or hazardous substances will not be stored outside overnight, within the project area. Any chemicals used outside will not be applied when there is a possibility of rain. Element 4: No additional BMP's are proposed. See Element 3. J Element 5: N/A, no new road construction or cut and fills. Element 6: N/A no cut and fill slopes. Element 7: N/A for same reasons stated above. Element 8: N/A for same reasons stated above. Element 9: Any onsite pollutant sources will be handled and disposed of in a manner that does not cause contamination of storm water. Good housekeeping and preventative measures will be taken to ensure the site will be kept clean, organized and free of unnecessary debris. Element 10: N/A Element 11: All erosion and sediment control BMP's shall be maintained. Seedlings have been replanted and site will be thoroughly monitored to maintain all ESC measures. Element 12: Project management shall incorporate practices stated in Element 12. Construction to be completed prior to December 31, 2017
