14.44.240 Enforcement and penalties.
(a) Enforcement.The official is charged with en-
forcement of the provisions of this chapter.It is unlaw-
ful for any person to grade, fill,excavate or cause the
same to be done in violation of any of the provisions of
this chapter.
(b) General Penalties.Any violation of this chap-
ter shall be subject to Chapter 14.12 of the Mason
County Code, Violation and Penalties, and Chapter
15.13 of the Mason County Code,Enforcement.
