Mason County Flood Damage Prevention Ordinance#41-17 & International Building Codes Rail Plan & Cross Section NOTES: A failing concrete bulkhead(and its concrete stairs)was replaced with a pre-cast concrete wall with inset stairs at the end of 2022.A marine rail was connected to the northern portion of the bulkhead, but was disconnected due to the bulkhead replacement work. The rail had been in use up until it was disconnected. The replacement rail will be installed in the same footprint and supported by 3-inch steel pin piles.
