The bulkhead will be t250 feet long, five (5) to six (6) feet high and follow the toe of the bluff. It will be placed at or above the MHHW line. The bulkhead will be constructed in a manner that will protect the existing trees where feasible. (see attached plans) `upon the type of permit,a floor plan and plot plan may be required.
