Message: I have a complaint about a certain individual that has built a 3 foot tall x 4 feet long rock wall 7
with rebar drilled into the ground on Hanzlik ct. road in All n, his address is either 450 E baT-heights allyn
or 450 Hanzlik ct allyn o o grapeview loop, a gills cove, bay heights)on the road to keep people from
cutting the corner to turn onto E bay heights from Hanzlik ct, which makes it extremely difficult to turn left
from hanzlik ct.Yesterday he blocked the road completely and harassed anyone who was traveling on the
road (hanzlik ct)because someone had dismantled it or hit it (again). He claims its on his 'own easement'
therefore he can build a rock wall on it if he wants and he will sue anyone who hits it. With this rock wall it
makes the road approx 8 feet wide and to attempt to make the turn is difficult to say the least (not easy for
delivery drivers either and the people of hanzlik ct are no longer are able to have garbage service
because the garbage truc
k can no longer make that turn) I would like someone to come out and check it out to see if he can in fact
build a dangerous rock wall on the actual road. A few neighbors have had issues with him before, he is
very confrontational and has had the police called on him before for shooting. Thank you for your time
