In order to complete the building department review additional information will be needed which is listed below. PLAN REVIEW REQUIREMENT COMMENTS: 1) Please provide roof framing information, including truss lay-out. 2) Please verify foundation and retaining wall plan for the entire project, i.e. sheet Al references several types of foundations that may apply throughout the entire project however item 10 is the detail referenced. Please verify proposed foundation type(s) and location. In addition please identify proposed plan to connect to the existing foundation. 3) Please identify braced wall panels demonstrating compliance to Chapter 6 of the 2006 International Residential Code (IRC) or provide a lateral design. Based upon information provided the proposed project will be framed in a conventional manner. Such buildings shall comply with the provisions of the International Building Code or an engineered design prepared in accordance to accepted-engineering practice shall be required. 4) Please identify all openings, fire-resistive construction, and use of rooms adjacent to the new structure. The information is needed to verify that fire protection is provided in accordance to IRC Section R309 and R310. A copy of the referenced code sections are attached. 5) Please provide deck-framing information including proposed beams, support and spacing,joist lay-out, etc. 6) Please provide an elevation plan depicting at least two sides. 7) Records indicate that a re-roof permit was issued to Mr. Haynes on April 16, 2002. No inspections were performed and the permit was canceled due to inactivity. In order to approve this project a final inspection of the roof system shall be required. To schedule the required final inspection a fee of$73 shall be required for each inspection necessary to achieve final approval. The fee can be paid at our office. Staff will schedule required inspections at your request so be sure to sche ule the final inspection when fee(s) are paid. If you have questions plea let me know.
