Front desk staff does not have access to gas keys for fireplaces (360) 898-4871 other than the great room fireplace. Barb Bodin I� g � Y Steve Grout In addition to the above listed observations, a safety walk around of the facility revealed that the Main Propane Tank access well is littered with flammable and combustible materials. All litter must be removed from this area immediately to eliminate a fire hazard. Per our conversation regarding the installation of a Knox Box in the area outside of the Sprinkler Riser Room, the following keys will need to be made available in the Knox Box: Riser Room/Electrical Room key Elevator Mechanical Room key Fire Alarm Pull Station key Elevator Control key Thank-you for your attention to these items. &/w ZLZ Richard A.
