Walsh has permit #COM2003-00089, which they are mailing to me. On the basis of our discussion,we will be doing the following: 1. Covering the area surrounding our new maintenance building. Around the maintenance building, we will complete the final grading and cover with Michael Grohs FW: Master List Leases-Permits-Agreements.xls Page 2 t gravel. On the open site area, we will be using erosion control practices on that parcel. We will either spray it with erosion control hydroseed or cover it with plastic within the next two weeks. (#12 on the permit map)The area surrounding our maintenance building has been graded and covered with fresh gravel. The open site area is now covered with growing grass from erosion control hydroseed. 2. Cover or hydroseed the open area above our storm water outfall (#4 on the permit map). This area is now covered with filter fabric, held down by stakes and larger rocks. We will add grass to this area when the weather gets warmer. In addition, we will get you copies of our storm water drainage drawings that reflect what was actually constructed. We have drawings that are almost"as-built'drawings and will send you a copy. The drawings of all storm drainage will need to be recorded with Mason County for easements. Rick was sent a copy of these drawings. Let me know if you need to see our cover letter. We will also armor the beach with washed rock or gabion where the outfall from the sand filter resides off of the cottage courtyard. The outfall has been armored with gabion rock.
