Pacific Northwest Engineering Inc. (PNE), as requested, has reviewed the correction
notice dated 7-2-2009 and fund the following-
1. The original plans called for balloon framing, PNE has reviewed the site
photos of the as framed condition and find the as fi amed condition acceptable.
2. The original plans indicate a trussed roof system. PNE bias reviewed the ridge
beam and rafter system as installed and detemiined that the member sizes are
acceptable.with 2" x 12"DF rafters and a 5 1/8"x 18" GLB,
