A concrete bulkhead protects the majority of the property with the exception of about 15 feet that was protected by a wood bulkhead. ( The 15' wood section is where the owner would pull his boat over the bulkhead and not damage the boat, the winch is still in place) A storm in early 2006 destroyed the 15' section of wood bulkhead. The section of wood bulkhead also protected the septic tank on the property, erosion is now placing the septic tank in danger, and placing the home in potential danger. Construction of a concrete bulkhead to replace the failed wood bulkhead will provide protection of the house and septic system. 12. What is the location of the proposal?
